We had a great stay at the apartment. The self-check-in process was incredibly easy, making our arrival hassle-free. The host was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Artak’s place. Number 1 is the location: it’s in walking distance from the city center meaning all the restaurants, bars, and sightseeings are not far. Besides, there are a couple of supermarkets in the neighborhood. The place itself is very cozy, and Artak was helpful and responsive. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that there is no elevator in the building, so it’s hard to drag heavy bags up- and downstairs. In general, we highly recommend this place.

The apartment is great. It’s perfect for a stay in Yerevan, it’s very central. It is very clean and has everything you need. The host was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.
