We absolutely adore this place. This was a return visit, James is always a gracious host, we always feel right at home as soon as we walk through the front door. The condo was immaculate and stocked with anything needed for our brief getaway. We are already scheduled for one more visit this summer and hoping for another this fall if all goes well!

My boyfriend and I love staying here. James is wonderful, kind, and on the ball. Just when you realized you forgot something, good chance James already has it in the house! We stayed here over the summer and it was beautiful and peaceful, so we decided to have a getaway weekend before Christmas so we can experience the holiday season here and also have a peaceful weekend before the craziness of the holidays. BEST decision because the fire was amazing and cozy, the surroundings had a touch of snow, seeing all the Christmas lights coming it, and everything about this place is worth it. Thank you again James, we will be back many times in the future!!

This is a lovely condo in a peaceful setting. Exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our anniversary weekend getaway. We appreciated the snacks and drinks provided and local recommendations. James provided excellent communication throughout the process.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! We were in town for a family reunion and James' place was perfect for my family. Very roomy, had everything you could possibly need plus more! The place was extremely clean, the beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't ideal, we would have loved to enjoy the outside patio more, but James even had an umbrella we could use to get to our cars! Thank you!

Wonderful location, fantastic amenities and a very clean house. Close to the State Park with lots to do and enjoy. Our host was responsive and great with local recommendations. I highly recommend anyone come into Ohiopyle staying in this townhouse!
