Your entire group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Only one mile to the University of Redlands, and less than a mile to all the great restaurants, bars, and shopping boutiques on State St. Easy access to both on and off-ramps of the 10 freeway. Almost everything inside the house is new! With over 2 years of ALL 5-star reviews, this is hands down the best place to stay in Redlands! Don't hesitate, we book up fast. Each bedroom has new beds with great closet storage including wooden hangers. Nightstands with lamps and USB outlets in each bedroom to charge your devices.

Just as described and the host was super responsive. House was beautiful, clean; and perfect location for walking, shopping and dining.
We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had all the amenities, to include coffee and tea. Very close to charming downtown Redlands. Grocery store was within walking distance.
Joey was quick to respond when the thermostat malfunctioned during my stay. He arranged a service call and the problem was taken care of quickly. The home is clean, comfortable, and located in a peaceful neighborhood. This was my second visit and I would stay there again.
Joey was great at communicating with us. My family felt right at home and the location worked great for the event we attended. Would rent again.

Quiet neighborhood that is great for walking. You will see a lot of our neighbors outside walking or riding bikes.
Getting around is easy with our location being so close to downtown. A grocery store is 1 block away that can easily be walked to. A walk downtown will take a few minutes or a quick rideshare can get you there in no time!
