My name is Jaret Evans. I am Canadian, originally from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. After graduating from the University of Saskatchewan with a degree in accounting and finance. I moved to Calgary, Alberta. I owned and operated a multi-location retail business in Calgary that I sold in 2015. In 2016, I moved to Playa del Carmen, Mexico, bought a condo and started doing short term rentals. Once I moved into the building, I quickly realized what an amazing location I had bought into and saw the potential to grow. Over the next three years I continued to expand the business as opportunities arose, I bought a second condo in the building and began managing condos for other owners in the building. At the same time, I was putting together an amazing team of people including a long list of dependable and trustworthy trades people as well as full time employees including cleaners, an operations manager and a customer service manager. I enjoy the short term rental business so much I converted one of my long term rental properties in Calgary to a short term rental as well. Now I split my time between Mexico, Canada and traveling the world while running my business remotely. I enjoy doing jiu-jitsu, scuba diving and riding bicycles and motorcycles.
