My girl friends and I had a great time! The front porch was are go to in the morning and evening/night! Over all pretty good stay! I would use this Airbnb again!

This was my second stay and just as the first time I and my family felt right at home. Peaceful and comfortable. Kenneth was very responsive and so kind to inform us about power outage around the area which never affected us we had power for our entire stay. I appreciate this stay and highly recommend this home, I for sure will be coming back.

This is a great beach house that is walking distance (5 minutes) from the beach. We enjoyed being away from the busy Luqillo area, but El Yunque was an easy drive as well as the ferry docks to Vieques. Kenneth recommend several restaurants and those we tried were very good. Excellent seafood! The beach is really beautiful and not busy during the week. We found sand dollars, starfish, and a few shells.

We arrived after dark, but the directions made the address easy to find. It was meant to be a resting place, as I am an outdoors person. It was more than adequately prepared to be just that: AC and bed in every room. We didn't use all the amenities, but there was a grill, washer/dryer, stove, coffee and espresso maker, et cetera. The neighborhood was quiet, save for a barking pet a few doors down. The coast is just a few hundred meters away. The public beach is secluded and there are several miles of sand and dirt running/walking trails available, and a nature preserve down the road with more running/hiking trails and a kayak and bike rental facility. The town is just a few KMs away, with all one might need in a pinch. Certainly not a tourist trap.
