Apartament czysty, blisko do sklepów, barów, restauracji. Wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne do pobytu. Bardzo duża powierzchnia apartamentu. Widoki super. Komunikatywny, miły gospodarz.

The building seems old and the staircase is quite run down. The apartment itself is very nice, spacious and clean. The insulation is poor so it can get cold and a little loud at night. There are plenty of blankets though. The view is great and the place is well located close to the port, promanade and city centre. The kitchen is more than fully equiped and the steam shower is great. The host was super helpful, friendly and communication was easy. He even passed by and brought us a dessert from the best pastry shop in town which we really appreciated. For what we paid this place is a great deal! We had a wonderful time in Durres. Thanks Alvaro!

Einfache aber voll ausgestattete Unterkunft. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind aufgefallen, aber die Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar. Alvaro war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tips für die Umgebung gegeben.

This is an outstanding property, very well located a few blocks from beaches and the center of town as well. The big 7th floor balcony is very nice, with a partial view of the port and the city. It could be windy. The place itself is modern and clean, very spacious and airy. The kitchen is huge and very well stocked —well above your average AirBnb. Each time I needed something, there it was: cooking oil, washing detergent, coffee, you name it. The shower in the big bathroom is fun. Lots of jet modes to play with. Even though there appears to be construction going on in the building by the look of the top floors, it was very quiet, no noise complaints at all. Alvaro himself is an excellent host, so detail-oriented, friendly and caring. I think feeling so comfortable made me enjoy Durrës even more.
