都灵(Torino) · 整套公寓 · 1室2床1.0卫 · 可住2人 · Best kept secret of Torino with a Sauna
Our unique apartment is located close to the city centre, with a private parking, an amazing terrace with a hammock and a sauna, making it perfect both, during summer and winter chilly days. It has a big common area with a fully equipped kitchen, living room and a studio that has been designed for remote work. Then you have the spacious bedroom with it's on balcony, a small projector and big closets. Just between these two areas you have a big bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. The apartment is around 90 sqm, it's in the first floor (one above the ground floor). It has a modern elevator in case you need it, when you enter the place you'll find space to leave your shoes, your coat and grab some slippers. You can see a big space with smart divisions, it holds the kitchen, a big dinning room, a living room, book shelfs, a small exercising area (please be extra careful using the weights) and a desk that can accommodate two people working (also standing desk). From there you can go to the 28 sqm. terrace, this is private to the apartment, it has super nice plants that give some privacy, a table and 4 chairs, ideal to have breakfast, a small outdoor L "couch"*, the sauna** and a hammock. Once back in side you'll find a little distributor with a closet with all the linen and towels, from there you can access the bathroom (washing machine is in there) and the bedroom with two closets, a desk and a projector, there is also a small balcony facing the street. Please remember, this is not a hotel nor an airbnb apartment, this is our home, it's lived like one, we take good care of it and we expect you to do the same, if you stay for a few days expect basic things like toilet paper, soap, dishwasher soap, etc, but if you are staying for a month or more, than remember you will have to buy your own after these are finished, just like you would in your own apartment. *You can find the L couch cushions inside the sauna, also please take them out before turning on the sauna. **Please remember the Sauna needs 1 hour to heat up, do not leave it on while you are away from the house, also please don't keep it on for over 2.5 hours per day. If the Sauna is on, you can't turn on any other appliance that uses resistances (kettle, oven, washing machine, dish washer, iron, hair dryer)
The apartment is large and spaciously appointed, with sensible division of open plan. It is ideal for a couple or very comfortable indeed for a single person; it is extremely well appointed with all the necessary equipment for day to day life and convenience (although the microwave needs to be more accessibly located). The apartment is very quiet, as is the neighbourhod generally. The shower is simply magnificent (though we did need more towels). The balcony is huge and is a real benefit, and the parking space is fantastic - we were so pleased to be able to park our car in a secure designated space. Juan Pablo is a very helpful and accessible host (and for anyone for whom this is important, has an great idiomatic command of English.) This is an ideal location for business or touristic access to all areas of Turin, located near to all forms of public transport, and a perfectly reasonable walk to the historic centre of the city.
Schöne Wohnung mit toller Terasse, alles war sauber als wir gekommen sind. Gute Lage (ca. 20 min Fußweg vom Stadtzentrum enfernt). Kostenloser Parkplatz im Hof auch dazu. Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
I stayed at Juan Pablo’s for 1 month with my girlfriend. We both work remotely and found it very easy to work out of this airbnb. To be honest, it doesn’t feel right calling it just a rental place because this is truly a home. I’ve been using airbnb for 7 years and have stayed at dozens of airbnbs, and this one is by far the nicest. What a gem we found. Thank you so much.
I was more than lucky to call this beautiful airbnb my home for nearly 4 months while I did an internship in Turin. For my first time living alone as a recent university graduate, this airbnb was perfect. I am eager to be able to visit Turin and stay here again some day soon. Location wise, its walkable from the city centre and any stores I could possibly need. The building itself felt very safe, situated in a friendly neighborhood. The amenities and interior decor of the airbnb exceeded expectations in terms of both functionality and aesthetic (a couch that can transform into a bed for guests and an adjustable standing desk for work-from-home days were some of my favourites). Kind hosts Juan Pablo and Karen were extremely quick to respond over text whenever I had any issues or simply needed some recommendations for the city. They were super helpful, warm and welcoming. Do yourself a favour and choose this lovely home for your next trip to Turin :)
Highly reccomend Juan Pablo’s appartment in Turin. It’s a great space with everything you need and the terrace is an added bonus! We didn’t get to use the sauna this time but it looked good! Location wise, it’s not too far from the centre and walkable from the main station (Porta Susa). Would definitley stay again next time in Turin :)
Our multiethnic neighbourhood is a special calm "island" in the middle of a super well connected part of Torino, if you walk 12 minutes you'll be in Porta Palazzo, Europe's biggest open market and 10 away from Balloon, the best flea and vintage market in the city. We have the huge Parco Dora, one of the city's ex industrial landmarks, it's now a big park just by the Dora river, where you can find shopping centres and supermarkets.
So if you come with your car, you'll have access to the apartment's single parking spot inside the building, it's the second spot (from right to left) on the right side, there are two parked bicycles in the back, please be careful when parking.
If you have an extra car or an RV for example, you'll need to park outside, the street has "white lane parking" which means it's for free.
To move around the city, you can walk to the city centre, starting from via Garibaldi, which is Torino's longest pedestrian street, it's only 10 minutes to the start of the street, or you could take a bus or a tram if you do a 5 minute walk. Use a maps app to help you know the timing of the busses or trams.
Remember we are 20 minutes walking from Porta Susa, which is Torino's second biggest train station.
自我介绍
I'm a traveler, I design solutions for a living, proud to be from a very complex part of the world (Mexico). I'd rather stay a week in a small town with easy access to nature spots (a good climb, hike or swim) than being in a big city, but I can also go there, go out to have great food and meet locals.
