You get what you pay for, do not expect anything grand but for the very affordable price it's a good deal. Rooms are clean, hosts are friendly and the best deal of it all it's very near to all the places we love to visit in Davao city like the city hall, colasa's bbq, bulcachong, Luz kinilaw and the bankerohan market, most in walking distance.

Five Star because of the price. But avoid checking in earlier than usual since there seems to be no proper handover. Overall it was a good stay.
