Tony's place was a decent stay for 4 people (not 5) as the single bed, double bed and air mattress all work but the couch is a little too soft and worn out for a fifth person. No issues with the kitchen however during my stay we noticed that the dining table in the kitchen was very unstable so we chose to eat at the longer dining table in the large room with the single bed. The bathroom sink like others have mentioned is very slow to drain as we noticed it was badly clogged and Tony told me that he tried Draino before our arrival but it didn't work.

Great location for visiting the Ithaca area. Private entrance, home was clean and comfy. Tony has a small library of books that I found so much fun to go through (Random comment but fun to see).

The place was lovlier than we anticipated - plenty of room for our family of 4 to play games and hang out. It was close enough to Ithaca for easy travel downtown. Tony was very helpful and his place was clean and very nice.
