This is a hostel that brands itself as a boutique hotel. It is overpriced, engages in false and deceptive advertising, is unsafe, and dirty. Door does not lock—this was never fixed. No WiFi. A/C broken. Room is dirty; food left over by previous guests. Sofa and linens stained. Bathroom reeks of urine. No safe for valuables. Room on fifth floor—no elevator. False advertising—no balcony and room half the size described. No water pressure in shower. No toiletries—no toothpaste, shampoo and soap containers empty and never refilled during my stay. If you want to stay in HK/Deer Park I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Same quality can be found at half the price. The staff is kind, and did their best, but ultimately they are not at fault. There is not much that can be done with shoddy infrastructure and unresponsive hosts who did not answer a single phone call or message, including to Airbnb support.

It was a nice stay. Room was spacious and well lit. In house services are pretty good with lots of nice food. Would love to book again in the future.

Super hygienic room and what beautiful interiors! The view from the room was amazing! This airbnb had a common cafe at the ground floor which was brilliant !

We had an overall good time at the property. The property is not an apartment, but more like a room within a Poshtel, a higher end hostel in Delhi. The location is not very accessible, as the street in which the property is located can only be accessed by walking. The room was not as in the pictures, although the room was clean. The room was also not as spacious as expected. The patio is not as well maintained as in the pictures, but we enjoyed the extra space and the view of Green Park. In the morning, there was some noise from outside the room, which disturbed us a lot. Additionally, the lock for the room was a little hard to understand. The hosts were very responsive through these issues. It would be great if these things could be worked towards.
