We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Beds are comfortable. We stayed over Thanksgiving and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix dinner. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. Especially when it snowed one night. The location is convenient to stores, restaurants and the freeway. Nathan and his wife were very responsive. One morning we found the heater wasn't working. They responded to my text right away and had someone out that afternoon to have it fixed. We would be happy to be able to stay at Nathan's again.

The kitchen was a bit messy like the stove & sink. All of the doors lock behind you; all of them. There were no signs on the door advising us to be aware of this. We did lock ourselves out of the house when we first arrived because of this; which was very uncomfortable & stressful to start the trip. They could of advised us of this in their welcome memo but they did not. There’s also a bad ant problem in the kitchen. They Also, there was a used wet rag in the 2nd bathroom. Only 2 of the 3 nozzles worked in the master shower. There wasn’t any soap or toothpaste that was provided either, which was an inconvenience having to buy some as we were on an itemized schedule, flew into town for 48 hours, & were basically using Uber everywhere. The mirrors were so foggy we had to re-wipe them. There’s also a hole on the balcony that it attached to the master bedroom on the 2nd story. Could definitely use a cleaning service or fire the one they use. Also, someone lives in the basement.

What a wonderful place to stay! We were visiting family in Provo and the location was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. The entire house was immaculately clean. The seasonal bonus was that the house was decorated for the holidays! We’d love to stay again next year.
