All the bedrooms have closets to hang up your clothes making it feel like home. Also, we have a queen-sized air mattress or two twin size air mattresses to sleep 2 extra people. We have over 400 square feet of converted garage space dedicated for the ultimate game room. Come enjoy our full-sized slate pool table. Or if a poker tournament suits you, we’ve got an up to 8-person poker table with all the chips and cards you need. We’ve also got a foosball table and darts!! We’ve got the kids covered too!! How about a miniature arcade with some classic games like Ms. PAC man and Galaxian, or a Nintendo Classic hooked up with their own TV? We have installed a mini split AC/heater unit in the garage, and did I mention the 55’’ flat screen up on the wall for all the big games? The living / dining room also has a 55’’ flat screen with access to Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu all included with your stay. The dining room table seats six easily and two extra seats at the bar. With a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher the kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you will need. There is also a Keurig coffee bar for that good morning pick me up! Enjoy a covered patio in the backyard with a big propane grill ready to grill up whatever you want. Patio furniture is covered under the porch. Speaking of the backyard we are small pet friendly with a fully enclosed yard with an 8 ft privacy fence. Also included in the backyard is a huge greenhouse with outdoor seating inside. We have completely furnished laundry room with a washer, dryer, and ironing board to make sure your clothes are always looking clean and sharp! Speaking of cleaning we have a rain fall shower in one of the bathrooms and a nice relaxing tub for a bubble bath evening soak or cleaning up the kiddos. Both bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner and all the towels you need! Other extras include a pack and play, highchair, board games, high speed Wi-Fi access, USB plug-ins in all bedrooms. A large driveway that can fit up to 4 cars. The house is located less than three miles from the TTU so it’s a quick 5-minute drive to campus as well as both hospitals.
