Lindsay was very responsive. Great place to stay on very difficult weather conditions, plowers cleaned the snow everyday. Very close to ski lodges. Stayed 1 month and definitely will stay again.

Pro 1) on the heavenly shuttle line so easy to get to 2) has verizon cell coverage Con 1) The snow removal service sucks. The stairwells and walkways only get shoveled once right before weekends. Often after that snow falls from the roof onto the walkway so you're stuck wading through knee deep snow for days on end. Also, dogs pee in the stairwell snow so you're wading through dog pee soaked snow. 2) Parking on weekends is hard to find. I had to park outside of the complex (down a hill) since there's no assigned parking and all the spots fill up. 3) The building is super run down. I was there for 2 months and one of the stairwells was closed the whole time. Halfway through, a whole awning was ripped off the building and never fixed, just roped off. 4) The roof had pieces rip off and bang against the window until they're ripped off the building 5) The apt looks only lightly cleaned on checkin. there were tons of crumbs on the floors. 6) The space heaters all smell like smoke

We had a wonderful month long stay at Lindsay's place. The apartment was modern, fully stocked, and nicely decorated. The internet met all of our teleworking and streaming needs and the location was perfect for morning and evening walks with our dog. We took advantage of the community hot tub which is a short walk/drive away (the swimming pool was a bit cold for our taste -- wish it was heated :) ) and parking got a little crowded during the weekends but we always managed to find a spot without any major issue. Do note: There are about 4 flights of stairs between the parking lot and the condo which we didn't personally have any trouble with it but may be a challenge for those with mobility issues. The only slight inconvenience is that there weren't any curtains or blinds in the living room windows which meant anyone walking past the front door could look inside of the apartment and disturb privacy. I have provided the host with a suggestion to have them installed. In sum, we had a great stay, Lindsay was very easy and on top of all our needs and was extremely responsive. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This place is AMAZING! Gorgeous views of the eastern valley and decent western-facing ski mountain + sunset views. Way more spacious than the pics show. Fully stocked kitchen and reliable wifi (rare for area!) for working remotely. Very easy access to the ski lifts and plenty of parking despite that proximity. Can’t wait to stay again next year!
