Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It's a great place to ride bikes or a brisk walk in the morning. Lots of shopping and restaurants within minutes of the condo. Everything's included under one roof!! Bring your beach toys, swim suite and tooth brush!! 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are separated by the large living/dining rooms. King sized bed in the master and king in the guest room also. Cozy front patio with sitting area for sipping coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Full kitchen and pretty much anything you need for cooking and serving.

Kimberly was very responsive and pleasant to work with.
Our accommodations met all our expectations. Kimberly is an excellent host and very responsive. A few days into our stay the hot water heater went up and Kimberly immediately called her plumber and a new hot water heater was installed that very day. The unit is extremely well furnished and the kitchen had all we needed for cooking and hosting family and friends. The bedrooms and bathrooms had many extra sheets and towels and the beds were very comfortable. The Seven Springs community is a friendly place and is centrally located and only 30 minutes to Tampa. I would highly recommend this unit and as stated Kimberly is an excellent host could not have asked for a better experience for the price.

This is a gated community that is centrally located to New Port Richey. All adults in the community have had a background check. You can rest assured that the kids can play outside and you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind.
