This is in my top 3 of best/favorite stays! Does NOT feel like an Airbnb. This property has been beautifully crafted with amazing attention to detail to both cleanliness and design. I’ve stayed with relatives and had not felt this at home. Mary-Ann and Ian make this experience all about the guest (and their fur-babies) and not about making $$$. I had the opportunity to chat briefly with Mary-Ann and enjoyed a genuine and down-to-earth interaction.

we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. the place is small but functional with everything you need inside. The price was great for being a 5 minutes drive to the beach. very friendly hosts. will use again in the future.

This cozy cottage was exactly what we needed for a relaxing long weekend getaway! Mary-Ann and Ian have thought of everything you would need, and were kind and respectful hosts. As soon as we walked in, we felt at home in this quaint and tidy cottage. The area is incredibly peaceful, and close to so many different amenities. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a lovely stay, Mary-Ann and Ian!

Amazing! This place is so peace and private, I absolutely loved it. It was hard to leave. The back yard goes back a ways and is completely private and surrounded by huge trees. My dog and I would walk out there every morning and evening. The cottage was just the right size for my little dog and myself. Comfortable bed, lots of hot water. I felt very safe living there. It was about a 12 minute drive to Raththrevor beach and park which is an outstanding place to walk the trails and walk along the beach. The icing on the cake for me was that it's scent free (at least, Mary Ann ensured it was when I got there). If you're looking for a clean and private place in the Parksville area, this is it.
