We had a group of seven and rented both houses for a week. Both houses were clean with great amenities. The beds, bedding, and pillows were very comfortable. The towels were fluffy and soft. The kitchens were well stocked. A very thorough reference folder was provided with lots and lots of information. We loved our stay! Our only issue was that the only bathroom in the second house was in one of the two bedrooms. The people staying in the other bedroom needed to enter the other bedroom to use the bathroom. That was awkward and inconvenient for people in both bedrooms. I reread the description and it is listed as both houses with on suites. As I read through the reviews again, I did find it mentioned in one review. I wish I would have seen that review before making the reservation. Please be aware of this so you make the right decision for your group. Other than that, we had an amazing time and the houses were very clean and comfortable.
This was our second stay with Melanie. Her home(s) were perfect for our family getaway. We went to Chico for a morning and it was just a couple minute drive. Dinner in Livingston, again just a couple minute drive. We can’t wait to stay here again!! Chet and gang.
The place was more beautiful than pictures can justify. Great spot with a lot to do surrounding it. We will be returning for sure!

We are located on an acre and a half on a private dirt road only shared by one other neighbor. It's a rural setting giving you the true Montana experience.
