Great location for Paddington station and Notting Hill. Easy access to the tube. There are a lot of hard surfaces which makes the unit feel clean but it can be a little loud. Vivian was lovely

Had a great stay at Vivian’s. Vivian was very helpful when needed. Comfy bed and nice kitchen facilities. I am quite sensitive to noise so sometimes it was challenging hearing other guests going in and out of their rooms/bathrooms with the doors banging but having said that I slept really well both nights and generally it’s a really peaceful area and I would stay again.

Perfect room for a weekend. Bit of a strange smell but went away after opening the window for 10 minutes. Lovely location and great communication from host. Would stay again
