It is located near the UofA campus, only 1.5 miles from the Razorback stadium. It is on a cul-de-sac in a neighborhood. Only 1 block away, there is easy access to the Razorback Greenway by foot or bike. The Greenway is a paved bike or walking trail which takes you through Northwest Arkansas. We provide WiFi, Netflix, and Direct TV with local and NFL package. The right side of this duplex has been fully updated with a modern look that showcases fresh paint, new fixtures, carpet, quartz countertops and much more. The left side offers new fixtures and a more traditional style. The bedrooms are designed to make you feel at home. The mattresses sleep comfortably and are dressed with white, 100% cotton sheets. Each bed has a duvet with a duvet cover which is washed and replaced with each cleaning. We have plenty of dressers and closets to store and organize your clothes.
