塞多纳 · 整套民居 · 2室2床2.0卫 · 可住4人 · Gorgeous Red Rock views with total privacy
Enjoy gorgeous red rock views all the time with all conveniences close by. Awesome deck and walking distance to Bell and Courthosue trails. Enjoy nature while being taken care by the house. Availability will open on October 1st, 2021 The house is only available to be booked for a minimum of 30 days. Thank you. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, washer dryer, cable, internet and a very nice grocery store in VOC 5 minutes from house. I go to Sedona for the trails. There is a parking pass in the house. It is needed sometimes in some parking. Basically, use it daily on your car to avoid paying a parking fee. Some parking spaces get very busy, specifically on week ends and people often park on side streets. But the trails are gorgeous. Nature at its best.
Moving to Sedona AZ from North Carolina was a huge endeavor. As we considered all of the details of our move, finding a safe, comfortable and secure landing spot for our month-long stay was critical to a successful beginning of our new lives. We have a lot of experience with Airbnb stays, and know that what you get in an Airbnb rental can sometimes differ from the photos, and online description of a property. Thankfully, we were extremely fortunate and pleased to have landed at Eric's home; the actual experience exceeded the online representation. From the beginning, the communication from our host Eric was quick, thoughtful and seamless, offering us details about his property, and the Sedona area. In every exchange with Eric we experienced genuine kindness, and a willingness to support us as we created our new life in Arizona. Eric offered suggestions from hiking/biking trails, (plus a parking pass to the trails) shopping/dining suggestions, contact information for our neighbors, as well as putting us in touch with his trusted real estate agent. What a great beginning in Sedona, Thank you Eric! The property is located in a quiet neighborhood in The Village of Oak Creek, and proved to be the perfect location offering us everything we needed to begin our exploration of Sedona and the surrounding area. The views from the home are stunning; we spent many mornings and evenings taking in the majestic beauty of the red rocks. WOW! From the beginning the location offered a level of peace, and a deep state of relaxation that was palpable. We appreciated the eclectic design of the property, the space is artfully decorated with many personal touches. The home is very comfortable, with an open concept main living/dining/kitchen area, two separate bedrooms, and baths with bathtubs. Both of the beds were comfortable, one king, and one queen bed, and a foldout couch in the living room. The property also has a laundry room, and a garage for minimal storage which we appreciated, offering a secure spot to store our mountain bikes. If TV is your thing, that's covered too, a huge flat screen with endless channel viewing options. The kitchen offered enough of what one would need to prepare a meal, so if you want to cook, you should have everything available to prepare a good meal. If cooking isn't your thing, the restaurant "Butterfly Burger" is within walking distance; excellent burgers, salads, etc. There is also a Mexican restaurant in the same complex. The outside yard of Eric's home is nicely landscaped, with privacy in the back of the property where you can sit, relax, and ponder your next Sedona adventure. We were extremely happy with the overall experience at Eric's home; it couldn't have been more perfect for us as we settled into our new life in Sedona. We highly recommend this property to anyone who is traveling to Sedona in need of a peaceful, quiet respite, with easy access to everything Sedona has to offer; rest assured, you won't be disappointed! Thank you Eric for making our beginning in Sedona so easy, but more important, unforgettable.
Sedona can be reached in 90 minutes from Phoenix airport using highway 17 going north. Very easy.
If you are coming from LA or west coast, then get to Palm Springs using highway 10 or west of
Phoenix and then go north. Phoenix is great. It has concentric circles around the city called 101, 202 and the most recent 303. If coming from LA, use highway 10, then 303 north to connect to 17 north.
It is a 7 hours drive from Santa Monica. Long but totally doable. Once on highway 17, stay there until exit 298 which will be a one lane road called highway 179. Within 10 minutes you will be at the house enjoying the views.
