The apartment is very nice and comfortable, the location is also very good — 5 minutes away from main attractions and mini metro. Claudia the host is very friendly and ready to help. The stay has been very nice!

Claudia is a wonderful hostess. She is charming, very welcoming and approachable, helpful, prompt in her replies and any action that may be required, and is incredibly generous with her time. As she has travelled extensively, Claudia knows what a traveller needs, and with much heart, provides a fabulous place for visitors to Perugia. Claudia's apartment and the area you find it in, is a wonderful testament to what can be achieved when like-minded people get together to create something special. Fabulous restaurants, cinemas, art studios and bars and street art are very close by in via della Viola, and there are supermarkets a short walk away. The facilities are great with plenty of room for 2 people, and fine for 4 if you don't mind sharing a (small) bathroom. Occassionally you may hear some street noise but it's definitely helped by double glazing, and most of the time is reasonably quiet. The bed was wonderfully comfortable - I loved the bed head - super for sitting up with a cuppa and good book! There was ample hot water - what joy, and the apartment was really toasty, with the thick walls insulating well. I heartily recommend Claudia and her wonderful apartments to all, whether for a short or extended stay! I stayed with Claudia for 2 months and consider myself very fortunate. Grazie mille!!!

I stayed at Claudia's apartment for 2 1/2 months..July 19 to Oct 3 and made it my home base. And I'm so glad for having picked this apartment. Claudia was the perfect, friendly hostess and an attentive landlord. My extended stay allowed me get to know her better, so we've had many chats, great conversations, and many laughter. She's very down to earth and so easy to talk to. She has a very special way of making you feel at ease and comfortable. As a bonus, I got to meet her family, and her boyfriend, too. What a treat! The apartment is cosy, nicely decorated with her personal travel collections, paid very good attention to details, and with complete kitchen and cookware. I didn't need anything else. She welcomed my stay with a basketful of fruits, juices, types of milk and marmalade. Picked me up and dropped me off at the bus station. She also graciously offered to pick up my friend at Perugia airport that made it easy for my friend to arrive stress free. The apartment is located just 5 minutes from the center and the distinct artistic neighborhood has a few neighborhood excellent restaurants that mostly locals patronize. Many friends and family from the US, Austria and Italian friends came to visit for short periods with me and expressed a high regard and liking of the apartment. Someday I hope to return again and would definitely look up Claudia. I would definitely recommend Claudia's apartment to my friends and family for future stay. I'm going to miss her! And I will miss my Perugia!
