Very quite neighborhood Easy access lock, house was clean and provided a nice place while I attended my daughters graduation Would recommend and would stay there again

My wife & I have stayed in several homes over the years & in our 70+ years old. Front screen door missing any retainer springer/strut & latch was sharp (hard on knuckles) when shutting inside door from outside. This is the first place I would call staying in a house not a home! It was more like a hotel, nothing like any we have stayed at. No books, papers, literature, cards, games, information on area. The most minimum of amenities, no ice cube trays, just the bare minimum (less than staying at hotel). The shades on windows were in need of replacement do to damage, lighting is living room was poor, no lamps. Looked like they had upgraded floor in kitchen but didn't take time to move refrigerator so it was nasty around it and painted kitchen walls, about 4" around it was still the old paint. Just everything was poorly done and not very inviting. Sorry but this house did not meet our expectation!!!

Hung is the best. He’s very responsive and helpful. The place is super clean and felt right at home. We have fun staying there.

This place was exactly what we needed. It was easy to get to and clean. We didn't spend much time at the house, mostly just to sleep and get cleaned up. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and easy access to where we needed to go. I'd recommend this place for others who need a good place to stay, but I can't comment much on the kitchen amenities, etc as we just didn't use them.
