IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. Other features to consider: - The lodging facility is on the 4th floor. - You will have one set of keys at your disposal. Housing: You'll appreciate my place for its terrace and the tranquility while being in the heart of a dynamic neighborhood of Madrid. The apartment can accommodate 3people and is located on the 4th floor accessible by elevator. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal: - A luminous living room: sofa bed for 2 persons, coffee table, television, dining area with dining table for 2 people, access to the terrace. - Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, induction plates, (Nespresso) coffee machine, cooking utensils, washing machine. - A spacious bedroom: queen-size bed, wardrobe with hangers. - Well appointed bathroom: cabin, shower, toilet, mirror. You can also enjoy a nice outdoor space with a terrace. External services: If you are travelling with a baby, please note: - Baby cot option available for travellers with infants for an additional extra charge of 30 euros. - Highchair also available for a supplement of 20 euros. - If both services are requested, the cot is priced at 30 euros and the highchair is priced at 10 euros.
