This is a great place to stay. We loved the terrace and views from there each evening while enjoying our wine. It's in a great location and close to the Metro if you decide to use that system to move to the various parts of the city. We had a slight hiccup with 1 of the bathrooms, but Angelo was quick to respond and had it fixed without interrupting us at all. He assisted with the soccer game we went to and arranged for a taxi to get us to the airport. His responses were quick and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this location!!!! This Airbnb is managed by an agency, so I informed them of my arrival time beforehand. They provided me with a contact person's number, whom I was supposed to reach out to upon arriving in Rome. Despite texting the number an hour and 15 minutes before my arrival, I received no response. Upon reaching the Airbnb, I had to contact the agency directly and wait about 15 minutes for someone to meet me. Unfortunately, upon entering, we noticed a foul smell emanating from the main bathroom and discovered there was no hot water. Despite attempting to reach the provided contact number again, with no luck, I had to contact the agency once more. They did send someone to fix the toilet and water issue, but the smell persisted. Overall, the stay was okay, but I wouldn't recommend staying here again.

we made a booking for two couples to stay for several days while attending a relative 's birthday in Rome. The photos looked great. the location was excellent. Angelo is very responsive. unfortunately there were two major issues with the premises. The first one which was unexcusable was The order of sewage emanating from the shower drain pipes. secondly, I don't know when they renovated the premises, but the molding around the doors was falling off, probably because they forgot to put finishing nails into the molding. it is an old apartment in an old building, which is understandable. The windows appear to be relatively new. Angelo did give a credit however, even with that credit I don't believe what we paid for was worth the price. had I known about the odor I would not have booked it for any amount of money. additionally, the water pressure and temperature and shower size is certainly not up to American standards.

The location was great. Comfortable beds and clean. Noisy neighbors (you can hear the neighbors tv at night).

Location and rooftop terrace perfect. Some issues with plumbing, strong ‘drain’ smell in main bathroom and issues with boiler needing re pressurised daily. Maybe not surprising on the fourth floor of an old building and location and roof terrace more than made up for it. Thank you.
