"Pineapple Paradise" Beachfront home conveniently located on the East End of Panama City Beach with direct beach access, luxury suites, fully equipped kitchen and private pool. "Pineapple Paradise" is a stunning beachfront home located on the East End of Panama City Beach, just minutes from several local attractions and endless dining options. This home features 6 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 16 guests. This home is also equipped with an elevator that goes to all 4 floors. Upon entering the home you will find the elevator on your left that goes to all 4 floors, a full bathroom and straight ahead you can head on out to the private beachfront pool and private deck area. Also on this floor is the first washer and dryer set. Going up to the second floor is the main living, dining, and kitchen area. From the living room you will find a furnished walkout balcony offering perfect views of the gulf. Down the hall you will find the first bedroom with a queen over king bunk bed with private en-suite. Going up to the third floor are three additional rooms. The first room is a queen over king bunk bed with private en-suite. The second bedroom is a king room with private en-suite. The third room is the beachfront king master suite with private en-suite and private walkout balcony. This will be the room in the house everyone will want to stay in! Also on this floor is the second washer/dryer set. Going up to the fourth floor you will find the last two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king sized bed with private en-suite. The second bedroom has two twin over twin bunk beds and private en-suite. There is also a recreation room on the top floor with wet bar and walkout balcony. BED LAYOUT 2nd Floor - Sleeps 2 King Room 3rd Floor - Sleeps 8 Queen Over King Bunk King Room King Master Suite, Beach View 4th Floor - Sleeps 6 King Room Twin Bunk Room - 2 Twin Over Twin Bunks A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF: There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs. Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay. The Beach! "Pineapple Paradise" has direct beach access with a private walkway shared with one of our other houses, "Breezy Nights", right next door! *If you are interested in making any of our luxury homes part of your event planning, please know that there is an additional fee associated. Give us a call for details! *Please note due to Florida State Law, this home is equipped with a pool alarm. Pineapple Paradise requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below: 2024: Summer: June 8 - July 27 (Saturday - Saturday) Fall Break: September 28 - October 12 (Saturday - Saturday) 2025: Family Break: March 8 - April 12 (Saturday - Saturday) Summer: May 24 - August 2 (Saturday - Saturday) Fall Break: September 27 - October 11 (Saturday - Saturday) A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember: No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted. No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time. Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation. Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

It was a beautiful home and right on the beach. It did have plenty of kitchen stuff however a few suggestions for them in the future. Need pot holders as we had nothing to take things out of the oven with, and need a can opener,. Didn’t like the fact there was no outside lighting on any of the balconies especially pool area. They should supply beach towels as they are on the beach and have a pool. Overall would rent from them again hopefully they take renters advice to help for future renters. It was a luxury look but not a luxury feel..

We have stayed at several airless BnB’s. Usually, if they say “No Smoking”, my wife (I don’t smoke) will smoke outside on a balcony and use a half filled water bottle as an ashtray so she never leaves a single cigarette butt. TO BE CLEAR: The contract DOES SAY no smoking anywhere on the property, and I did agree to & sign the contract. I’m writing this review for two reasons. First, if anyone thinks that they can just be very careful and break the rules, know that they do not allow any deviation at all. Secondly, after the first night, there was a knock on the door first thing in the morning and they had the contract in hand with the rules underlined in red. This means they are actively monitoring the property via hidden cameras as we did not see any cameras. Again, I 100% DID break the rules, but every single time we Have stayed at an Airbnb in the past it has been OK. So, again, just be aware they enforce the rules 100% without exception. Also, this is directly next to a public beach access so there are always tons of people setting up directly behind the house and there is heavy traffic all around the house. The pool is incredibly tiny. Smallest pool I’ve ever seen in my life. Lastly, the Neighbors are about a foot away from your property, so anytime you are on one of the balconies and they are too, it’s basically like you are sharing a property with strangers.

Beautiful house! Loved being right on the beach and the pool was perfect for ending the day. Awesome decor, great kitchen dishes/utensils. The extra kitchen and sitting area upstairs was so nice too. Beds were super comfy! Would definitely rent again!
