The house was great! It had everything we needed and the yard was great for the dogs. All the neighbors were nice, so we felt super comfortable at all times of day! There are a lot of dogs in the neighborhood which caused ours to bark, but Noah was very understanding of it, which put us at ease!

Easy to find, not to strict, stayed here for Dreamville fest and it was perfect distance from Raleigh

Noah was very sweet, however the second day of our stay, after a rain, the floor of the unit started seeping water up from the foundation (it's in a basement), I discovered the water when my socks got wet walking beside the bed. We let the host know and decided to stay the night, it was already late and we hoped it would resolve itself. However the next day the foundation continued leaking. The host refunded us the rest of our stay after we found another nearby Airbnb that was available. We were initially happy with the unit and I think we may have just experienced an anomaly. I know that if the leaks were repaired and (any possible mold issues that it may be causing) then the unit would be an excellent value.

Everything was set up perfectly, specially for medium to long stays. Does feel basementy. Kitchen with a microwave was good a toaster oven would make it perfect but that's just like a plus. It was spacious and very clean.
