Very clean, spacious and beautiful. Wonderful building staff and great location. The only thing is you have to register your personal information on an external website even though airbnb recommends not sharing personal data outside of their messaging system. It’s to verify the residents identities, which I understand, just feels weird. Otherwise everything was perfect

Beautiful walkable spot. The rooftop deck was especially nice. Great restaurants on every corner.

Do yourself a favor and stay here!!! This place was secure and in walking distance from everything! The only issue we had was navigating from the garage to the inside of the building. This building is connected to another building and we got lost inside the other building and had to walk around outside. Just ask the concierge how to navigate inside from the garage. We rented a vehicle and bought a parking pass just to make our life’s easier. There is plenty of street parking but we didn’t want to find a parking spot every time we went out. There was some loud music in one of the apartments next to us but the situation was quickly handled. There are two bedrooms, one with windows that face the alley and the other doesn’t have any windows which didn’t bother us. The building is also connected to a store and deliveries are made in the alley way, you can hear the trucks in the morning but we get up early so it didn’t bother us. Overall this stay was amazing!

We had two bookings here. On arrival in Washington as we from the UK. (We then did a US tour) and then a second time as we returned to Washington before returning thing to the UK. We anxious as many reviews mentioned troubled checking in. Before making the bookings we explained that we would be arriving late with a young child and we didn’t want any problems at check in. Black swan reassured us that the issue had been resolved, so we booked. The sent a form outside airbnb which we completed. We messaged again the day before arrival to confirm But on arrival, as many other reviews said, the key code did. It work. It was late, we had a long exhausting flight with a young child who needed the bathroom and to sleep. We called the number the instructions gave us for support. The person on who answered was friendly but ineffective. It took well an hour for airbnb tom to find out that reception also had a backup key. On our second booking we asked for the key and had no troubles
