Looks just like the pictures. The place has almost everything you will need in the kitchen but it could use a few other knives. There was 10 of us and it was very spacious, a lot of different rooms for gathering and a beautiful backyard. It is in a great walkable location! The host is very responsive and we truly appreciated how he tried to help us with anything additional we needed. Would recommend Ben’s place!

I stayed at Ben's airbnb for my bachelorette and we had a total of 8 guests. The property is very modern and there were plenty of areas to gather with the group. There is air conditioning in each room which was perfect! There are local chickens and chicks that would wander into our backyard area which was beautiful to see! Ben's instructions for clean up, check-in, check-out, trash disposal, etc were very clear. I also appreciated that Ben had a comprehensive guide of recommendations for local restaurants, locations to visit, and overall things to do during our stay. We all felt very safe in the airbnb as there is a locked gate and the airbnb is surrounded by tall walls for additional privacy. It was easy and affordable to travel into San Juan via Uber rides.

Great place for a trip with 10 guys. Easy ~15 min walk to the beach, 15 min uber to old town or Casinos/Bars. Would recommend for any large group. Felt safe the entire trip
