We spent a month in Juan Pablo's excellent apartment and had an amazing time! The apartment is in an ideal location surrounded by cafes and restaurants, only two blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was beautiful and very safe. The apartment itself is comfortable and welcoming; we truly felt at home there. The terrace is an amazing benefit with a beautiful view. It was an oasis each day. Juan Pablo was always very helpful, friendly, and kind. We would return to stay at Juan Pablo's place in a heartbeat!

Juan Pablo is a fantastic host! The apartment is exactly like the pictures. It is in a great location. A few blocks from the beach, great restaurants, grocery store, Pharmacy, etc. are all close by. The terrace is amazing. I spent a week working out of the apartment, most of it spent sitting on the terrace. The WiFi is excellent. There is even a desk with an external monitor you can use. Great place! Great host! I will definitely be back there.

Great location within the city, close to the beach, lots of local amenities. The view is fantastic from the roof terrace and a lovely way to watch the moon at night. Recommend.
