A rare find in the outskirts of Pala and Erattupetta towns, the Humming Trees let you switch off after a busy work week/season. For us, it provided a fun and cosy time to catch up with our loved ones after a long break. For the adventurer in you, the place is close to some exciting hiking spots and view points that you can definitely check out! Thanks to Thomas and Rose for being such graceful hosts and for sharing this wonderful home with us. A special mention to Ajith, the caretaker who made our stay really convenient and easy.

We family of 12 including three kids stayed at the place. The place was sufficiently large to accommodate all of us. The house is located in a very scenic and peaceful location with easy access. The house and the pool were very clean and the support staff available at the place took very good care of us. There are many waterfalls near the house with in 1-2 hours drive.

A quiet tastefully decorated home tucked away in the hills. With six bedrooms (one is non-AC), its a great option for big groups looking for a weekend away. Food was tasty and very reasonably priced. Would recommend!

Thomas's place was a great find! It was very well maintained, thoughtfully stocked and tastefully decorated. The house was as described with the exception of 2 rooms being in an outhouse next door. Thomas was very receptive to our needs and always available for support. The catered food was of good quality and value. The caretaker Shindo was pleasant and helpful during our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this listing for large families/groups.
