Nice location, easy access to restaurants and convenience stores. There is even a convenience store in the basement for late nights when you really don’t want to go out. Decent building with front desk attendant that made us feel safe. Host was very attentive. Nice and quiet at night. Very comfortable place for a longer stay and definitely worth the price.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Alexander's place! It was a lovely apartment in a peaceful, beautiful and safe neighbourhood. Everyone from the "neighbours" to the concierge were very friendly and helpful. The unit itself is comfortable, tastefully decorated (looks newly renovated), and comes with all the amenities you might need. Kudos for the really large TV screen! Alex was super responsive, sweet and helpful - thanks for everything! We definitely hope to stay here again in future.

Very clean studio with well-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, great for 1 person for a long term stay. I would book again :) Alex responds very quick to messages and is a very friendly and helpful host.

The best thing about this place is the location, Mt Vernon is really beautiful and it’s the best place to stay in the city. If you come from BWI, you can take the light rail and be a short walk from here, then drop off your stuff and be a couple hundred feet from a bus stop that can take you anywhere you need.
