Both the room and common places are very clean. They clean the common areas every weekend! I find it top! Luckily, people I stayed with were the best flatmates ever…. Luciana and Susan are super friendly, communicative and helpful. Always replied my messages super fast and helped me about anything I asked. Neighborhood is also very decent and there are many grocery store, restaurants etc. If you want to use bus/subway. There are three stops you can reach on foot.

My stay with Luciana and Susan was great. I had to move in somewhat short notice, and they were completely flexible and accommodating with me (and my pet). They are both so kind and will help you with anything you need. The property was very cosy and homey! I shared the floor with 4-5 other people, all of whom were nice and quiet. The shared bathroom and kitchen worked out as I was never waiting for a shower, for example, while somebody else was in there. I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone who needs a quiet and cost effective place to stay in the Boston area.

It was an absolutely fantastic stay thanks to the host and the beautiful inn. It’s in a very nice area and within walking distance to the trolleys that can take you anywhere.

A must stay place in Brookline MA ! BEST air B and B ever ! Kindest owners and most wonderful rooms with amazing beds and all the comforts of home ❤️❤️❤️ Love this place so much we would live to live here ! Best location for everything one needs !

a really great host, was in town to Run the Boston Marathon. I worked out perfectly for all the marathon activities I want to stay there again
