First is the master suite with King bedroom set, deck access, fireplace & ensuite bathroom featuring separate tub and shower, his and hers vanities, a large walk-in closet & flat screen TV. The secondary bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed, a full bed, and a flat screen TV. There is a secondary bathroom with walk-in shower that is accessed from the corridor. A you enter from the front door you are greeted by a large vaulted living room with beautiful views through all of the windows overlooking the back yard and spacious deck. 2 skylights add additional natural light and ambience to the room. Snuggle up in front of the fireplace and watch a ball game on TV from the multitude of seating options! Open to the living room is the Kitchen that features a large angled bar area. Stainless steel appliances, granite counters, large pantry and all your expected kitchen utensils are all here for your use. From the kitchen and living room you have access to a spacious dining room that showcases a trey ceiling with chandelier, abundant light from the many windows and transom windows and additional sliding glass door that takes you out to the deck for grilling and relaxing. From the huge deck on the main level you have staircase access to the back yard which is fully fenced and a great place for kids to run around and play games. On the ground floor there is a large covered patio below the deck that provides wonderful shade and is a lovely place to sit beneath the fairy lights and tell stories with your friends around a fire pit. Stepping back indoors on this level you will find 2 additional very large bedrooms and a flex room that contain multiple beds. Starting with Bedroom #3 you will find 2 queen beds & a mounted flat screen TV. Bedroom #4 features a queen bed, a twin bunk bed and a mounted flat screen TV. The flex room has an additional Queen bed set and a sliding door that takes you out to the covered patio. The ground floor bathroom has a large walk-in shower area that is separated from the vanity area, allowing one guest to be showering while other guests can continue to do their make-up or freshen up in front of the mirror & sink! A large laundry room is located near to these bedrooms. The best part of this level is the massive living/games room. Featuring a large sectional couch in front of the TV and fireplace, this is a wonderful place to relax. With direct access to the covered patio outside it is a great in/out set up for relaxing. attached to the large living area is a large bar / mini-kitchen with several bar stools, foosball table and even a PacMan arcade machine! Despite the home containing an elevator. This Elevator is not in use for guests and it has been disconnected for your safety. Please do not try to force this door open as it is locked automatically as part of the set-up.
