Just spent Easter weekend here and our first time away taking our dogs. The house was really clean and dog friendly. The courtyard garden is really secure and we got 2 dry days so could sit in the garden for an hour or so on a couple of the afternoon’s. It’s so close to beautiful walks, and some lovely bars and restaurants. Would definitely go back. It was lovely.

Tracy provided clear instructions on how to get to and check-in to the property. The property itself was really clean, with an eclectic mix of furniture which made it well presented. The beds were a bit on the small side, being 5'11 and 6'4 blokes, feet were dangling off the ends, but beds were mostly comfortable; pillows could have been firmer, but that is personal preference. The outside yard was secure, which was great for the dogs, and the dogs definitely appreciated the treats in the kitchen! Thank you. Great amenities and good location, with a clean and comfortable base to explore Yorkshire from.

Beautifully decorated & kitted annex situated in quiet location but easy walking distance into Ripon centre. Highly recommend.
