Paradise Point is a perfect beach bungalow in an amazing location with a quaint, homey feel. Travis is the best host we’ve ever interacted with at a vacation property. His knowledge, attentiveness, and incredible island connections are sure to make you feel like a local by the time you leave Exuma. We will definitely be back.

We loved staying at Travis's home, it was beautiful, wonderful views and very well stocked with EVERYTHING! Plus, Travis helped us find a local fisherman so we could enjoy local grouper outside on the BBQ grill, he suggested restaurants and some very special beaches to relax and enjoy. We loved sitting outside and having breakfast, the super Gucci Gucci coffee maker and the fine hospitality of Travis and Resa. Great hosts. Great home. Super great vacation. THANKS R

We loved our 8 nights at Paradise Point! As the other reviews note, Travis is a top notch host and was so helpful during our entire stay on the island. We also had the pleasure of meeting Resa who is so sweet and friendly! The house was clean, comfortable and stocked well. All the games in the cupboards were also a nice bonus! I was a little concerned about the downstairs unit not be attached inside, but it was really much of a problem. You walk down a curved ramp/driveway around the house to it. All in all, we loved our time here and of course were so sad to leave.

Travis went above and beyond to ensure our trip was amazing. Giving suggestions is one thing, but Travis went the extra step to help set up anything you could possible need or want to do. He was super friendly and responsive. He was gracious enough to let us check in a little early and out a little late due to flight times. Travis was a great host. As for his home. What a view! The house was cute and cozy. But there was EVERYTHING there that you could possibly ask for. The labeling of all the cabinets was a nice touch. No matter if you were looking for beach accessories or household items, Travis had it. There was never one time on the trip that I said, I wish he had xyz in the house. I highly recommend staying here for so many reasons. Hopefully we will be back soon. Thank you Travis!

There are not enough words to describe the beauty of the location of this house. The views were absolutely breath taking. The beach allowed for long walks, treasure hunts and enjoying the sunrises. The house its self was well stocked, with everything you would need or might have even forgotten to pack. Everything was labeled and extremely clean. The location was perfect for traveling the islands for food, drinks and hanging with the locals. Travis and Resa were absolutely amazing. Their suggestions and recommendations of places to go and things to do, made this vacation effortless. The quick response time left little time wasted on our adventures. Resa’s big smile and welcoming hugs, felt like she and her grandbabies were family. The locals were beyond welcoming. As a female travelers, we never felt unsafe . I would recommend Travis and his beautiful home, for anyone visiting Exuma. I am hopeful to have the opportunity to rent from Travis in the future.
