My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The landlord was very quick and responsive to any questions I had. Will definitely recommend others to stay here.

This was a terrible stay! They had freshly wood-stained the trim and door. The smell in the studio apartment was absolutely overwhelming. Within thirty minutes I had a headache from the smell. The stain was still wet and would get on your clothes and hands. There were also two puddles of old cat urine. YUCK! We called to complain that this was not a safe stay. The host Ed was rude, dismissive, and argumentative. By the end of the he had raised his voice to a yell and told us to get out and he'll start the cancellation process. He didn't. We worked with Airbnb support, who were amazing. We had stayed in his place for four hours. He demanded that we pay for 3 days because we had booked 4th of July and we were losing him money. After declining that offer, he continued to bully us through the refund process. Since we didn't accept the first offer, he demanded that we pay for 4 days. In the end he refunded part of the money and Airbnb covered the rest. Not worth the hassle, don't stay here!

I had to cancel this rental on the day of check-in due to a medical emergency. I did not ask for a refund because this was on the day of check-in and the problem was caused by us, not Vizion, and I felt it was not fair to penalize Vizion for something that wasn't their fault. A few days after this happened, I was contacted by Vizion and they shockingly offered me credit for a future rental. I was amazed and impressed with this level of courtesy and professionalism. Based on this, I would say that Vizion is probably one of the best landlords you could have, and if I have a need for space again I will contact Vizion first. Thank you very much, Ed!!!
