Fanny’s place is such a great deal and a great place to stay. Her apartment is super cozy and spacious and the building feels save. The area is super cute. You’re 2 min away from a busier avenue that has super cute restaurants and a coop supermarket. The subway is a 5 min walk away and takes you to Rockefeller in about 35-40’. Overall a great airbnb! Fanny is an amazing host, super responsive and kind.

Fanny's place is a great value. Conveniently located close to the Q train, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and a vibrant neighborhood in general. The building is somewhat dinghy, but the apartment is charming. Very spacious, well equipped kitchen, and Fanny was generous enough to offer laundry cards as well. One thing to note is that the heating is controlled by the building (not the guest), so in the winter months, it gets very cold. I ran into issues in the first few days of my stay (CO alarm beeping, kitchen light failed, etc.), but there is maintenance staff on-site and I was able to resolve all issues quite quickly. Fanny is responsive and cooperative. Overall a nice stay and I'd recommend it. Cheers!

Good area and great value. Very standard living area. Fanny was a nice host (even provided laundry money). Overall good experience, would stay here again.

we had a great stay at Fanny's place, we had everything we needed and the location is excellent. Fanny was super helpful and helped out when ever we needed really recommended !!
