Three of us stayed overnight at Martyn and Nicola’s place for a friend’s wedding. It was absolutely perfect — quiet. clean, comfortable. I we all slept very well. The cottage is in a beautiful part of South Wales, on the slopes of Garth Hill complete with sheep, bluebells and horses. But what really stood out to us was how kind and friendly Martyn, Nicola and their boys are. Nicola even gave us a lift to the Church so we could stagger back after the reception as parking is limited in the village. We are so grateful. Thank you for making it a memorable stay.
What a find!! Staying in Pentyrch for a concert at the Princapality Stadium this was a perfect little find a 20 minute drive out of town. Martyn and Nic were very welcoming and met us on arrival to show us the cottage which was immaculately clean, in a beautiful setting with fantastic views from the garden area. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the shower was fab and extra blankets and towels were available should we of needed them. Kitchen was also well equipped and a nice big fridge for the beer and pizza :) Although we know Cardiff well I'm not familiar with the Pentyrch area and Martyn was able to offer recommendations for walks, restaurants and local amenities - and was also available should be need any further assistance. We would definitely recommend staying here and should we go back to another concert or a rugby match will see if its available first. A lovely stay in beautiful Wales!
