Take the extended family and friends on holiday with this beautiful holiday property providing bedding for 10 people. Situated over two levels and is conveniently located with direct access to Korora Oval which is perfect for the kids to play and run around, also a short 240 metre stroll to the water’s edge of Bob Cairns Reserve or 350 metre walk to the shopping village which has a butcher, coffee shops, IGA grocery store and boutique shops. The house features ducted air conditioning throughout, a spacious open plan lounge / dining area that flows out to the enclosed grass yard which is perfect for the children to play. The property provides a SMART TV, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities and dishwasher. The main bedroom is located on the downstairs level, this bedroom has a walk-in robe, ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity, ceiling fan and second TV. The other three bedrooms are located on the second level, there is also the main bathroom with a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet. Also located downstairs is the internal laundry, the laundry is fitted out with a front loader washing machine and dryer and third toilet, there is also a clothesline outside. There is enough room for a small boat to be parked in the driveway and a double garage with internal access available - the gas BBQ is also kept in the garage, making this easy to wheel out when you want to use this. Bedroom Configuration: - Bedroom 1 (downstairs) - Queen Bed + Ducted Air + Ceiling Fan + TV + Ensuite Bedroom 2 (upstairs) – Queen Bed + Ducted Air + Ceiling Fan Bedroom 3 (upstairs) – Queen Bed + Ducted Air + Ceiling Fan Bedroom 4 (upstairs) - 2 x Single Bunks + Ducted Air Conditioning Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack. Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts. Property Notes: Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does have Wi-fi. Parking: There is enough room for a small boat to be parked in the driveway and a double garage Lift: No Notes: By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am. This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. We stayed here for an extended family holiday with 10 guests. The house was big enough for everyone and in a good quiet location. Main Beds were comfortable, but the bunk beds felt a bit insecure and wobbly. kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and there was a BBQ. CONS - shower was terrible, absolutely no water pressure and it just dribbled very disappointing. The house has a few maintenance issues which we’ve addressed with the property company. Having to hire linen was annoying and making up all the beds as we got there.. this is the only Air B&B we’ve had to do this. Only one set of keys too so be mindful of this when travelling with a group.

McGrath Port Stephens is located prominently in the heart of Nelson Bay and open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. Guests collect keys for the property they are staying at from our front reception, if collection is after hours we have a collection box at our office which the guest will receive access details and codes.
