The main bedroom is located on the downstairs level, this bedroom has a walk-in robe, ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity, ceiling fan and second TV. The other three bedrooms are located on the second level, there is also the main bathroom with a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet. Also located downstairs is the internal laundry, the laundry is fitted out with a front loader washing machine and dryer and third toilet, there is also a clothesline outside. There is enough room for a small boat to be parked in the driveway and a double garage with internal access available - the gas BBQ is also kept in the garage, making this easy to wheel out when you want to use this.
