I had a very pleasant 3-month stay at this place. It is located at the heart of the beautiful Karlsruhe Durlach Old City, literally 1 minute's walk to the tram station which comes every 10 minutes and conveniently takes you anywhere including the KA-Durlach Train Station. In short walking distance, there are banks, city hall, grocery stores, pharmacies, and drug stores. Andreas had been a wonderful superhost throughout the entirety of my stay and had been one of the best hosts I've ever had. He was always very nice, responsive, welcoming, accommodating, and clearly took care of the place with full responsibility. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for either a short or a long-term stay.
