Straightforward home. Overall, the location is great and we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The house is older and could use some updating, but it’s hard to complain for the price. David was proactive and reached out with check in info. There are some details that seem to be overlooked. The coffee pot had an old filter and coffee in it, so we didn’t use it. The house could use some maintenance and a deep clean, but it wasn’t dirty. There is some old wood and metal in the backyard, and a cable that droops down between the house and a pole. Just be careful if your kids are playing. Again, overall the house is comfy and as described, I just want to be transparent.
