Leonardo's extremely helpful, fast and friendly service was the highlight of this place. Anything that we needed or that required fixing/adjustment, he was right on top of it. We felt very taken care of. The house is large and comfortable with excellent beds. There are a few niggles but nothing major. The beach is probably the downside - not very swimmable. Too shallow with seaweed bed and sharp shells - definitely bring swim shoes. But for the price, the whole package is excellent value.

Our family of 10 had an amazing week in Roatan and enjoyed the house. Our host was very responsive and helpful to find locations to eat and visit. The beach was absolutely perfect and we loved snorkeling the area. We will be back to Roatán and we hope this house is available when we visit.

The amazing experience we had on Roatan was definitely enhanced in a great way by our stay at Casa Ohana Kai, from the cozy feeling of the house to the astonishing view of the sea and beach, enough space and rooms, excellent and friendly people all around. We held a small ceremony to commemorate our wedding and it was amazing, we really appreciate the support from Jeramy and his team. Special thanks because you guys made our day an unforgettable day! We had a few hiccups,some due to the weather and a small storm but with a call to the assistant manager of the place it was all resolved, the garbage truck didn’t really come around (not the manager’s fault). Understandably there’s room for improvement. Due to the holidays maybe the cleaning crew didn’t get to clean the house thoroughly,and the toilets may have needed maintenance, as well as some other minor details, but all in all it was a wonderful experience filled with joy. We loved our stay there and enjoyed the wonderful time there.

Our stay was amazing - Roatan is a beautiful island with beautiful beaches. The water is the perfect temperature and I can’t believe after a week we still feel there’s so much more we wanted to do that we didn’t have time to do. The house was exactly what I’d expected, and worked perfectly for our family and friends who stayed with us. A few minor downsides like wishing the main area also had air conditioning (but electricity is expensive so that would likely have made our bill a lot higher ha!) and that our beach had been raked (still beautiful and nothing some bug spray several times daily didn’t resolve, though!) so the no see ums were less prominent. We went expecting to be bit so we weren’t disappointed when we were - that’s the trade off with a stunning location! We sought out privacy away from the hustle bustle and Jeramy’s place delivers this! Leo , our host was the best part - he was responsive so helpful and gracious! Overall, the house and host were perfection for us!
