Do note this is a flat so you can hear some residual noise from other apartments above. The living / dining area includes a sofa-bed for two (one adult or two children), a dining table and comes equipped with HD TV. There are plenty of DVDs, board games and books you can use. Off the living area is a well-equipped kitchen with oven/induction hob, fridge and Lavazza coffee machine. The cupboards are stocked with basics; tea, coffee, oil etc. There is a separate bathroom with shower (off the living area)and we provide soft towels, complementary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (other essentials are available), there is also a washing machine. The private courtyard has a store cupboard off it which houses the freezer and tumble drier. Situated beneath our family home, but independent from the rest of the house, the flat has its own private access at the front of the property giving you complete freedom during your stay. We don't allow pets any more, sorry. The flat and courtyard are non smoking.
