Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The cabin was comfortable, cozy and the host was very responsive and accommodating. For those who are animal lovers there’s a plenty of dogs running around, along with a miniature horse and goat. All which are friendly! This was a surprise highlight of the stay. If you plan on going kayaking, touch base with the host beforehand and ask about the water level. Unfortunately, the water level was too far below the dock to get in and out easily enough. The cabin was spacious, the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, as was the furniture. It was clean and even had a washer and dryer in unit. Kitchen was minimal but got the job done. It has central air and an indoor fireplace too. The nearby restaurant up the street was exactly what you would expect from a up north grill type place. They even had a couple vegan options. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and recomendable.

it was a great little getaway. it was great to be able to use the fireplace. that was one of my favorite things and the little butterscotch treats in the chest in the kitchen are my favorite. the cabin reminds me of a family cabin.
