Let's start with positives - Ajai was a great host and every responsive. we had some issues with washing machine and electric which was resolved quickly by Ajai. There were couple of cleaning issues which I informed Ajai about hence reduced a star. overall great stay and I would stay here again..

It was really good stay. Internet speed was really good for working. The place was well equipped. Host even gave free bread, egg and milk. Enjoyed the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Ajai's place. he was very helpful and flexible with the check in and check out. he was at service whenever needed and had taken good effort to provide us with necessary amenities and goods to make us feel home. the place is clean. everything is perfect except for the issue we had with waste disposal as the tenants in the ground floor had a rude behaviour which made it uncomfortable towards the end of the stay.but it has got nothing to do with Ajai as he did his best to sort it out as soon as we brought it to his notice. overall we are extremely satisfied with the place except for the problem mentioned above.
