Very peaceful neighbourhood with elementary school inside the yard. Very friendly owners, easy to communicate with. Apartment looks new. Great stay overall. Would recommend w/o any reservations.

너무나 완벽했습니다. 너무나 안전하고 좋은 위치에 있는 숙소입니다. 앞에는 초등학교와 오른쪽엔 도서관이 위치해 있습니다! 라임도 바로 앞에 위치해 있구요! 좋아요

This apartment is just as described, light and bright and new. The furnishings are comfortable, the apartment is clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The owners were so accommodating, Caroline greeted us personally at check-in, and immediately responded to any questions. There was a detailed information sheet of neighborhood highlights and suggestions for some lovely walks. The 15th arrondissement was new to us, and is a lovely area. It's a bit quieter than central Paris (which is good for us), but still has all the markets, shops and restaurants one could need. Metro line 12 was about a 6 minute walk and connects well to the rest of the city. We would definitely recommend the flat, the area and above all, Caroline and Paul as hosts.

Amazing flat and even better host. I was able to check in early as I had an early flight and Caroline meet me with an amazing welcome. Everything was super clean, and organized, I couldn’t have had a better stay. Highly recommend.

It's the best Airbnb ever in Paris. I stayed in this place for 1 week with my husband. Perfect location: everything is super close. Every day we go to the bakery and supermarket many places are less than 5min away on a walk. In the afternoon and evening, you can go to a lot of restaurants and popular places in Paris in 5-30mins anywhere by scooter or taxi. (maybe the bus or subway, but we used scooters mostly, it's very cheap and convenient) Perfect Decoration: Kitchen, Bedroom, and living room are all great. Super big comfortable bed. That was the best. You can sleep like a baby. all the furniture and decoration are modern and clean. It's easy to access inside the apartment too. Nice hosting: She welcomes and goodbye in person. she is very nice and organized and helpful while we stay. We had a great memory of this place. We definitely want to stay again if we come back :)
