Great place for a large group; conveniently located albeit in the midst of a significant amount of inner-city homelessness and substance abuse; hyper-attentive host; would recommend it to those comfortable with the less pleasant aspects of the location - aspects which, sadly, exist in the central parts of too many cities these days, including my own.

Très beau séjour chez Catherine. Le quartier est super. On était plusieurs familles et c'était vraiment confortable pour tous. Nous avons eu un soucis avec les clés et Catherine a repondu très vite pour nous sortir de l'embarras. Je recommande chaudement !

Catherine was an excellent host. The home was very clean. The kitchen was functional and had all the utensils, pot, pans, etc. needed to prepare meals.

Wonderful place that allowed us to have a large group of people at one house to celebrate Christmas Lots of room Host was very responsive The house made our family get together with fond memories We will be back!

Convenient location which is definitely walkable from well-known attractions such as Parliament Hills and all the museums. Catherine and the co-host Danny was very responsive and helpful in terms of providing the guidance and answering questions. I certainly love how flexible she was when it comes to check-out time even though we had to leave a bit earlier. The place is clean with some antique furniture which is quite exquisite and interesting for people who enjoy historical vibe. However if you are looking for brand new furniture and appliances, as well as spacious space without many staircases, this might not be the best fit. What I appreciate the most is the number of rooms and beds, which could accommodate my whole family of 8. We also got parkings and recommendations for local restaurants. Would certainly consider coming back if I ever visit Ottawa again. Thanks!
