There is NO AC in the room only heat and when we asked about this problem and they assessed it they told us it is not working and to open a window and then didn’t even offer us water considering we were sweating like a sauna in the room. Then when we opened the window hoping to get some air we had to deal with loud street noise all night and all day pouring into the room. It was quite inconvenient and uncomfortable. We called air bnb to address the issue and they only are offering a possible partial refund which is astonishing. This was a really unpleasant experience. There was no indication that there is no air conditioning when we booked or we would have booked another place. The conditions were so hot it was like sleeping in a sauna drenched in our sweat. The bed was soaked with our sweat and we were in our underwear doing everything to try to stay cool.

Sehr leicht zu finden. Freundliches Personal. Mann kommt zu Fuß überall gut hin. Perfekt für einen Kurztripp nach Frankfurt.
