Beautiful house, beautiful lake. House has all amenities... wifi, air conditioning, kayaks, fire pit by the water, a deck with a grill, etc. Our party of 10 fit well and was able to enjoy both the lake and Acadia Nat'l Park (hourish away). When there were issues with the house, Nichole was immediately responsive.

We had an amazing time at the cabin. We saw allot of wildlife and the lake views were stunning. We liked that it was private and quiet and was an easy scenic drive to Acadia NP which we were mainly there for. Usually we use our camper but we were looking for something that gave the rustic feel but also made a good base camp for exploring the park and Bar Harbor. We highly recommend the cabin.

This cabin was the perfect spot for our multi-generational vacation. The cabin was beautiful, and the view from the deck was unbeatable. We had so much fun kayaking for the first time that I think we may get some kayaks when we go home. The cabin was set up well to accommodate all ages of guests; my father-in-law, who has mobility problems, enjoyed the cabin just as much as my children, who are ages 4-12. The lack of air conditioning was not an issue, as there is a nice breeze that cools the cabin when the windows are open. My only recommendation to future visitors is to use bug spray when going outside because there are lots of hungry mosquitoes. We would definitely recommend this cabin to others and would return if we find the opportunity to do so.
