Hemos estado cuatro días alojados en el apartamento de Sergio, a pesar de ser un tercero sin ascensor hemos estado bastante cómodos. la única pega que le ponemos es que la cama es un poco pequeña para dos personas ( el colchón es un poco más estrecho que es somier y éste es de muelles un poco antiguos). Por lo demás todo bien, en la cocina útiles para cocinar, y en el baño productos de higiene.

I had a wonderful time at Sergio's place in Firenze. It is located opposite the train station Rifredi with regular trains into the central station of Santa Maria Novella (the journey takes under 5 minutes and costs only a euro or so). Alternatively, there is a good tram connection. The neighbourhood is a quiet suburb with supermarket and restaurants nearby. This felt like a pleasant change from central Firenze which was very loud and full of visitors. The apartment feels like an authentic family home, not impersonal or overly stylised, which I found very charming. The kitchen is especially nice, with view of the Duomo and a lot of sun in the morning. There is everything you need to cook meals, plus a living room and bedroom, so plenty of space to relax after sightseeing. Lastly, Sergio is an extremely friendly and hospitable host! The only minor negative points were for checking in and checking out. On arrival, it was not clear to me how to check in and I had to wait a short time for Sergio to arrive and let me in. On the day I left, I had an early train to Milan which I nearly missed because I had left the keys in the apartment as instructed but the exterior gate was locked shut. By chance someone came and opened it for me but this was a bit stressful. But these are very minor things and Sergio dealt with them well. I would recommend staying here and I will definitely come back next time I am in Firenze :)

Persona molto educata e colta, grazie mille per tutto quello che ha fatto, risponde sempre a qualsiasi chiamata, sa aiutare con tutte le difficoltà, sono uno straniero venuto per primo in Italia per studiare, e il signor Sergio ha spiegato e aiutato con tutto il mio le difficoltà

Apartment was truly a masterpiece in apartments available in Florence, its 1min away from Firenze Rifredi station where you can go to the city center in 6/7 minutes. Apartment was Better than we expected, living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom all were great designed due to a rustic and artsy decorations! I strongly recommend you to stay in Sergio apartment with whom, communication was perfect and we were also greeted with some stuff to eat and drink for breakfast! One of the best stays of my journeys.

Excelente apartamento, muy amplio con todas las comodidades para tener una estadía de ensueño. Muy cerca de la estación Refredi y también con excelente conexión con el resto de la cuidad. Sergio también es muy atento a cualquier necesidad y muy diligente para resolver los problemas que se puedan presentar. Muy recomendado y sin duda volvería en una próxima oportunidad.
