This property is very relaxing and close to everything on the St Pete Beach, Treasure Island side as well as 15 to 20 minute drive to downtown or Gulfport. Very convenient and relaxing to end your day in. Very much like the listing and everyone we dealt with was great.

Beautiful home on the water.

We loved our stay at Treasure Island and the home was absolutely beautiful with an amazing setup on the water. The house was very clean and was very well equipped. We enjoyed the heated pool and the large open kitchen/living room for all being able to be together. We did arrive to several fans that were on to dry out a water leak in the master bedroom and the air conditioner was not working. However, Sandcastle Realty was quick to get maintenance out for the repair of the air conditioning. The location was convenient....close to beaches and restaurants. The house also had quite a bit of pool/beach items. There were bikes there but all of them had flat tires.

We come to Florida every year and stay the whole month of June. We’ve never stayed at the same property twice but we will definitely be staying here again! House is maintained very well and clean.

The listing undersells the house. There are way more than 3 beds, plus a couple blow-up mattresses. Home is well maintained and very clean. Would stay again
